Happy New Year!

As 2016 closes, I am sending you best wishes for the New Year. A wonderful thing about the beginning of a new year is that it can be a time to reflect on the past.  How did it go for you? What were your challenges and accomplishments?

The New Year is also a time to begin a different path for the future. Take time in the New Year to be more mindful of all the gifts around you. Just like a daily practice of meditation, being mindful every day is extremely beneficial to your health and happiness. 

So, tomorrow is day one of a New Year -  your year of new beginnings. Let go of what no longer serves you and bring your awareness to the present moment. Make time for self-care and become a little more kinder and compassionate towards yourself. 

So here is a special gift for you as we enter 2017. I created the following mini meditation for you to use whenever you are in need of some peace, silence, and stillness.
