Kathy Vandenburg, owner of De-Stress U Meditation,  is a certified meditation

and mindfulness instructor. Kathy offers training in various techniques to easily

bring mindfulness and meditation to your life. Perfect for beginners or those who

are searching to deepen their practice.

Kathy became certified to teach meditation and mindfulness from the McLean Meditation Institute's Teacher Academy in Sedona, AZ.  A love of lifelong learning leads her to offer the best for her students. Currently she is continuing additional training through the Academy: Mindfulness at Work. Recently she completed the Connected Kids Training Course​, teaching kids and teens meditation . She also earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Montclair State College, and her Master's Degree in Education (Specialization in Counseling) from Seton Hall University. 

She’s explored various healing modalities and discovered a daily practice of meditation and mindfulness to be an amazingly powerful tool to reduce stress, increase inner peace, and enhance wellbeing.  A regular meditation and mindfulness practice has transformed her life where she can stay calm within the chaos of everyday life. Now she wants to share what she has learned with others. She offers classes in meditation as a daily practice. Her clients find her approach genuine, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. She welcomes you to join her for a class or session so she can guide you into a practice of meditation and mindfulness for your health and well-being.
