Kathy became certified to teach meditation and mindfulness from the McLean Meditation Institute's Teacher Academy in Sedona, AZ. She also earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Montclair State College, and her Master's Degree in Education (Specialization in Counseling) from Seton Hall University. 

She’s explored various healing modalities and discovered a daily practice of meditation to be an amazingly powerful tool to reduce stress, increase inner peace, and enhance wellbeing. A regular meditation and mindfulness practice has redeveloped her life where she can stay calm within the chaos of everyday life.
